Lefthander Ltd. based in Tallinn, Estonia (www.lefthander.ee) manufactures architectural finishing materials - stone tiles, bars and other architectural elements to furnish building facades with. Our products have been registered as industrial designs in Estonia.
We are aware that similar technologies have huge interest in connection with the increase in the construction activity from many firms and individuals who are searching for innovative designs.
We can help in such pursuits.
However,as Lefthander Ltd. does not have any business relations with your firm. we are looking for a strategic partner and an investor in the project to be able to build mini-factories for manufacturing our products with the use of our technology.
The future partner would be given the exclusive rights to use the technology in the whole of Finland.
Also, Lefthander Ltd. will additionally contribute to the partnership:
- a feasibility report evaluating the building of said factory;
- an analysis and a choice of the best local raw material and compounds;
- delivery of the equipment and development of a detailed layout;
- installation and adjustment works together with training the personnel;
subsequent conducting technology and the help in designing new products.
Our firm has the complete set of the equipment and the documentation necessary for the construction of a factory. Lefthander welcomes interested parties to its showroom in Tallinn and also to the factory to witness the production which is competitive both, on price and quality in the today's market of finishing materials.
