"Stromtekhnika", member of association of manufacturers of the equipment for construction materials industry "Asstrom", effects all complex of works on projecting, building and launching-adjusting brick factories.
We conduct laboratory and factory tests of raw, develop project documentation, effect construction, delivery of equipment and launching-adjusting of plants and technological lines, producing brick of semi-dry and plastic pressing, strip and pressed tiles.
The laboratory of the institute is the largest in the South of Russia. It is fit out with modern equipment and effects raw research, ready-made produce testing with certificates, scientific-research work, develops regulations for construction materials produce.
We develop projects and technical documentation for special heat units - tunnel furnaces, chamber furnaces with removable vaults for roasting brick, tiles, lightweight aggregate concrete, brick, tile and other drying stoves, drying drums for drying clay and sand. We make construction and brick lining of all types of heat units.
We perform expertise of project documentation and issue the conclusion.
Labour record of the majority of institute's employees in the field of projecting and construction of plants for the production of construction materials exceeds 30 years. Within the period of work there have been designed, constructed and launched decades of plants in various regions of Russia and the former USSR. At the institute it is available:

We offer technologies and equipment allowing to get considerable profits. Thus, the technology of formation of semi-dry brick with the use of furnaces with removable vaults, offered and widely advertised by us, has self-efficiency of about 200%.
At the last plant, built by us, the self-cost of one brick is 0,03 US$, and the selling price - 0,1 US$. This is a proof of good quality and our considered technologies.
In our warehouse we have all required equipment for the plants with the efficiency of 10, 30 and 50 mln. bricks per year. Moreover, we are ready to deliver them immediately.

North-Caucasus Scientific-Research Institute of Construction Materials and Technologies STROMTEKHNIKA offers the equipment and technologies for the produce of red ceramic bricks. We develop project documentation, laboratory testing of clay, delivery of technological and non-standard equipment, construction of the plant, launching-adjusting works.
Brick plants, offered by us, use the method of semi-dry brick pressing. This method is broadly developed in the South of Russia and it allows to reduce capital expenses in two times for the construction of brick plant. At semi-dry pressing the brick is transferred to the furnace right after pressing, this excludes the necessity of such power-consuming unit as a block of drying stove, which does not only consume half of all power resources of the plant but by its square it occupies about half of production area. The expenses for the produce of brick with the present method are at least twice as less in comparison with the others which allow to obtain high profit under modern conditions.
Upon the customer's request the plants can be specially equipped for covering the frontal surface of the brick with glaze or engobe. It makes possible to produce the bricks of practically any colour.
We offer brick plants with the capacity from 10 to 50 mln bricks per year with profitability of more than 200%. Thus, with selling price of 0,1 US$ per one brick, its self-cost constitutes only 0,03 US$. This proves good quality and our considered technologies.
