The machine is applied to manufacture of nougat,also can be used for the production of processed cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise and other pasty mass
The main drive approximately 55 kW actuates the tool grinding with a speed of about 495 UpM. The next drive in the top of the silo from about 7.5 kW drives removing from the wall of the transport wing with a speed of about 19 UpM. The machine comes vacuum pump SIHI, disc condenser / heat exchanger type VT-40-C, and the electrical Cabinet.
