BORE-GELTM independent substance for the formation of drilling a mixture that was created for use in trenchless technology.
BORE-GELTM obtained on the basis of high quality, finely ground sodium wyomingthe bentonite for ease of mixing and with very high performance. When mixed with water forms a liquid suspension with high-quality properties, which is easily pumped.
Recommendations for use:
• Ensures the strengthening of the walls of the channel, in bulk collapsing soils: sand or gravel;
• Reduces water infiltration through the walls of the channel, provides a stable volume of water in the shale and compacted clay material;
• Enhances the viscosity and strength of the mixture for the removal of cut soil particles.
Main advantages:
• Require a limited number of products to obtain drilling mixture;
• Easily kneaded, saves time and costs to obtain a mixture. Extremely high performance. Reduces the amount of material required, minimizes the volume of the dry mixture;
• Reduces water infiltration through the walls of the channel;

• Responds flexibly to changing the pH or water hardness;

Mixing:
• To obtain good results, slowly add in the jet and high speed mixer once or many times the entire volume of the mixture. Continue to stir until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
• In the case of mixing in water with low pH and high rigidity (brackish), these properties of water can be corrected by the addition of 0.91 kg of soda potash (¾ quart dry mix) 378,62 liters of water, before adding the other components of the drilling of the mixture.
