Fine-grained graphite PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 produced by the method
cold extrusion press powders in the matrix. Included in the group
high-strength grades of graphite.
Graphite PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 has a fine-grained structure. It is
erosion resistant and durable material, superior performance
other fine-grained graphite.
Due to its unique properties - grained structure and
high mechanical strength - graphite PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 is used
for surface treatment products to high purity by the method of grinding.
Therefore it is possible to make products that the thickness of the walls to which
0,8 mm
Artificial graphite grades of PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 are high-strength
heat-resistant materials on the basis of the coke-pitch songs with
density of 1.65 to 1.85 g/cm3. Products from PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 may
to work in a vacuum to 2000°C. in a protective atmosphere to 2500°C, and in
oily environments.
Graphite PGM-6, PGM-7, PGM-8 is used for the manufacture of technical
equipment and containers upon receipt of semiconductor materials,
mold when casting non-ferrous metals, electrodes and instruments,
used for electro-machining of dies molds from
different steels, crucibles, plates, drives, heaters, vacuum,
high-frequency and other electric furnaces and in other areas of technology when
higher temperatures.
