We suggest You consider a circular line for production of sandwich panels with facings made of metal and filled with mineral wool or expanded polystyrene.
Such production can produce sandwich panels with the following characteristics:
- the maximum length of the produced panels up to 9 meters;
the thickness of the produced panels from 50 to 250 mm;
as internal and external cladding panels, typically used cold-rolled sheet steel: steel (galvanized or coated) or aluminum of a thickness of from 0.5 to 0.7 mm;
- as insulation, typically used mineral wool with synthetic binder density of not less than 115 kg/m3;
- to ensure a solid connection cladding panels and insulation uses high-quality one-component polyurethane adhesive fast setting.
