Material movement in two opposite directions needed for mixing, is achieved due to the presence of two bands, curved on the right and left screw lines. Band backward the movement of material, usually made smaller. Mixing occurs as due to the opposite directions of movement of material caused tapes, and because of the material extruding ribbons in hand. In addition to also, the material is raised by rotating tapes, falls back in mixed mass is not at the place where it was taken, which significantly promote homogenization.
In one cycle the product is mixed 10-12 times.
Faucets are made to the individual needs of a particular customer.
The mixing time of 4-6 minutes
The degree of homogeneity of mixing up to 95%.
