On the production uses equipment that allows you to make castings for modern technologies, namely:

- production pattern equipment is made from wood, plastic and aluminum for precision 3-axis milling machine CNC and that allows them to compress the time of manufacture model and core equipment;

- melting metal is produced in high-tech induction furnaces firm 5M INDUCTION SYSTEMS (1kHz, capacity 2T) allows to obtain high-, low-alloy, heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel and cast irons;

- during melting of the metal is controlled by the chemical composition and the metal temperature when pouring into the mold, which guarantees obtaining castings exact match required chemical composition of the product;

- pouring and shaping is performed on the molding line preparation of self-hardening mixtures of OMEGA company (England) by cold-box furan-process;

after the cleaning of castings in blasting the camera to produce a quality surface finish and heat treatment (all possible processes to a temperature of 1150?(C) to obtain the necessary the mechanical properties of castings, including quenching in water. Tank capacity - 40m.

The casting features are brought in a quality certificate, which is issued to the customer when the product is shipped. On the plant employs Accredited by the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine laboratory (Certificate No. 06544-5-3-22-In).

The level of technological development of the enterprise allows you to get castings from steel and cast iron weighing from 30 to 2000 kg and aluminum weighing 10 to 600 kg, when forming the self-hardening mixture. The parameters of castings to HH mm, a wide range of high and low-alloy, heat-resistant, wear-resistant steels and cast irons: HAMPL, FL, HL, ML, ML, ML, GL, HL, NHL, 12H18N9TL, HTL, NL, NL and others according to Your need.

Main products: plate feeders (1-15,1-18,1-24,2-12,2-15,2-18,2-24), the grate housing gearboxes, engines, pumps, valves, frame, frame, impeller and working wheel pumps, armor, lining.
