The gearboxes are designed for use in vertical and inclined position on the mechanisms of movement of cranes and crane trucks. The estimated coefficient of the gearbox 0,94.
Gearboxes VK - to change the torque and reducing the number of turns in the drive mechanisms for the movement of cranes.
The operating conditions of the gears with involute gears:
- work in intermittent mode (at variable load with periodic stops);
- the duration of non-stop work no more than 30 min;
- load in one direction and reversible;
the rotation of the shaft in either direction;
- the speed of the input shaft to 1000ob/min, limit peripheral speed gears 12m/s;
- non-aggressive atmosphere, the atmosphere of the types I and II according to GOST 15150 if airborne dust is not more than 10 mg/m3;
- climate version - At and T for categories 2, 3 and 4 according to GOST 15150
