Centrifugal horizontal single-stage pump double sided sign is intended for pumping of water and liquids, characteristics similar to water, i.e. the viscosity to 0,m/with similar chemical activity, temperature up to 358 K (85°C), micro-hardness not more than kg/mm2.
Design feature is bilateral prosperly supply of liquid to the impeller and spiral diversion, as to the body. Balance axial forces provides the impeller double-sided sign. An important point is the fact that due to the location of the suction and discharge nozzle in the lower part of the housing of the pumping unit possible repair of pumps without removing the pipes and disassembly of the engine.
The main parts are made of cast iron MF 18-36 (housing, cover, impeller and steel 45 (shaft).
Due to the presence of two-sided impeller pumps of this type have good suction ability and the best cavitation characteristics, and this is a significant advantage for pumping stations and sewage stations.
Field of application: water pipelines, conduits, pumping stations of the first and second ascents of urban, industrial and rural water supply and so on
