Oscilloscope ATE-1 is designed to test the windings
electric motors and electric machines power up to 110 kW, voltage up to
660V. The number of turns in ispytuemymi windings or sections of at least two.
With the help of ATE-1 check:
- detection of short circuits and breaks in the windings of electric motors and
electric machines;
- finding the groove with short-circuited turns in the windings of stators, rotors and
armatures of the motors;
- check the correct connection of the windings of electric motors under the scheme;
marking pin the ends of the phase windings of the motor.
The sensitivity of the apparatus provides for the detection of one cage
turn on every 2000 of turns in the windings of the control coils.
Produce custom analogues
such devices, as IWI-25, Ives-17, a new element base. The apparatus IWI-25
can be used in the repair of high-voltage motors: designed
to test electric strength winding insulation of stator coils
high voltage electrical AC machines with a rated voltage of
to 10000 and coils of electrical machines AC nominal
voltage up to 1000 V (with hard coils).
