Purpose:
set of cutters is designed to handle plastic Windows and doors: the cleaning of welds of the frame, facing transom.
Equipment:
the kit consists of three blocks of cutters: two units for cleaning welds, respectively, for the frame and sash and block for facing transom. Each block consists of cutters brazed plates of hard alloy, adjusted for compliance with the processed profiles by installing a spacer washers between the mills and fastened to the block by screws. The diameters of the cutters D and D depending on the type of trimming and grinding machines.
The tool is designed and developed for profile: “Veka”, “KBE”, “Salamander”
When ordering cutters to provide the following information:
the minimum (baseline) the diameter of the smallest cutter unit or system profile;
profile view and its designation;
the purpose of the cutters;
the diameter of the spindle;
the direction of rotation of the tool;
the maximum diameter of the largest cutters;
the number of sets;
the position of the largest mills in the block(top or bottom).
