Laboratory LAON-2 is designed to produce analyses of waste oil products rapid methods in enterprises and bases, which administers the collection, storage and shipment, including enterprises and bases that do not have stationary laboratories.
Allows you to control the appearance, density, viscosity, water content and impurities, a flash point in an open crucible. Content of mechanical impurities and contaminants, the appearance is controlled visually.
The essence of the method of determining water content is in the hydration reaction of anhydrous reagent water contained in the used oil, and by using a sulfuric acid copper. Viscosity is determined by measuring the time a certain amount of waste oil through a calibrated orifice viscometer. The method of determining the flash point in an open crucible is heated crucible with the sample so that the heating rate of oil was 10°C in 1 min, and holding the worn surface flame incendiary device 10°C to the expected flash point.
The laboratory is used at the enterprises and databases, collecting, storing, and shipping of otrabotannykh oil and not having stationary laboratories.
