Mesh corrugated
Offer type: salePublished: 05.01.2016
Commercially available mesh corrugated, upgraded (SRGM) width from 190 mm to 570 mm. or more. The use of nets SRGM in the manufacture of bump stops (drip pans) and the filters allowed to reduce labor costs in production, and due to the fact that the width of the mesh can be manufactured corresponding to the size of the segment, the high build quality. Updated design to evenly distribute work flow throughout the volume of the nozzle, which greatly improved the overall characteristics of technological devices.
Mesh bumpers which are made by OST 26-02-2016 conventional mesh bag (to the PSC, the AWG width 95 +/- 5 mm.) entailed a lot of costs, both material and production. It was not always possible to achieve high quality indicators, and the degree of separation, after some time of operation varied in the range 93-96%. Due to uneven laying the mesh, by volume, was soon local clogging of the baffle, resulting in excessively increasing the pressure drop in these zones and, as a consequence, the break flow and premature stop production for repairs.
