In comparison with other designs, this faucet does not leak in operation and more easy when changing position of the tube.
1. Scope.
Cranes pith checkpoints upgraded cast iron flanged nominal pressure PN 1,0 MPa (10 kgf/cm) with nominal sizes DN 100, 150, 200, used as stop valves on pipelines transporting coal preparation plants sludge water containing coal and rock particles up to 150 g/l and a maximum temperature of 40 C (not intended for pure water).
2. The principle of operation.
The changing position of the tube 2 is carried out for a square shank. Nut 8 clamping and shaking the tube. Turning the nut 8 in a clockwise direction it presses directly onto the tube 2 against the casing 1. To blow up the tube 2, the nut 8 is rotated counterclockwise, while it rests on the retaining ring 9 and the undermining occurs, then the position of the tube 2 change by rotation of the shank and tightened by the nut 8. Also in this valve uses the packing gland 5, which is drawn in a special nut 6. Cover 3 is fixed and sealed by rubber seal 7.
