Gate belongs to a new class of fungicides and
has fungicidal properties in a wide range of fungal diseases. Thanks
these properties the drug is particularly effective at suppressing fungi, which appear
on the leaf surface. Its advantage over other systemic drugs
from plant diseases in that it is effective to use on wet foliage and in
low above-zero temperatures (1-4°C), which are frequent phenomena in
our territory in early spring of period, augmented by prolonged rains, when it is necessary
to start protective treatment. Other drugs from scab in this period
virtually powerless, and the "Gate" effectively hinders the development of
pathogens.
