YOURWITHTVA AND PERFORMANCE

• Oil AGIP OSO are designed to transfer energy to installations using hydraulic oil. Oil provide the necessary lubrication by forming a solid lubricant film that is capable of to withstand high loads in hydraulic systems.

• AGIP OSO oils have very good antiwear properties, as evidenced by the following tests:

1) the Total wear of the blades and rings by the method of Vickers is about 35 mg;

2) Oil (OSO 46-150) correspond to the 12th stage of the FZG test (mechanical testing on installation with loaded gears), the low-viscosity - 11th level.

• Oils have high oxidation resistance and stability even at very high thermal stresses; this property minimizes the formation of various sediments, preventing clogging of the valves, spool valves and control devices, providing at the same time beautiful the fluidity of the oil. This reduces overhead and extended period of operation.

• High viscosity index of all grades minimizes oils the change in viscosity at a normal temperature mode of operation, providing good fluidity, low loss through friction and good hydraulic efficiency,while protecting against possible cavitation.

• Low pour point oils can exploit equipment at low temperatures without the problems associated with circulation and adjustment.

• Excellent anti-corrosion properties inhibit the oxidation of internal surfaces of hydraulic systems.

• Good demulsifying ability of the oil prevents the formation of the emulsion due to condensation or trapped in the water system. Fluid retain its lubricating and anti-corrosion properties even in these conditions.

• Anti-foaming properties of the oil protect against problems that may occur in violation of compression due to air bubbles.

• Oils have very good filtration and is suitable for fine filters.

APPLICATION

Hydraulic fluids AGIP OSO are mainly used in hydraulic systems with high mechanical and thermal load, and also in various branches of high technology, such as transport, construction, mine, chemical and metallurgy equipment, machine tools, marine and aviation equipment etc. due to the large the influence of viscosity on the efficiency of hydraulic systems the consumer has the choice of oil viscosity in accordance with the recommendation of the designer. Low-viscosity grades are used mainly for high speed and accurate equipment, while high-viscosity varieties are used in low-speed equipment with high hydrostatic loads.
