Vinyl liner - insulating, structural, chemically resistant material, insoluble in methyl, ethyl alcohol, higher alcohols, glycerin and the numerous aliphatic alcohols, alifaticheskikh hydrocarbons, lubricating and vegetable oils. The vinyl liner is chemically resistant to sulfuric, nitric, acetic, formic, phosphoric, sulphurous, hydrofluoric acids; ammonia, chlorine, of a solution of salts of all types, acidic and alkaline wastewater, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide-water and carbon disulfide. The vinyl plastic is a thermoplastic opaque material; does not burn and has no odor; it is easily subject to various types of machining on conventional machines. Vinyl liner easy to weld (230-250°C) using a welding rod and glues well with a variety of types of adhesives based on polyvinyl chloride and polyacrylic resin; welded and adhesive joints, the strength of which is 80-90% of the strength of the material, are easily subjected to mechanical treatment. The vinyl plastic is a good dielectric in the range of 20-80°C. permissible working temperatures from -30°C to +60°C without mechanical load maximum allowable lower limit -50°C.
