Three-roll sheet bending machine designed for bending cylindrical blanks made of sheet steel with yield strength not exceeding 250 MPa (25 kg/mm2) in cold condition.
The car may be bent conical shells of sheet material when picking the appropriate fixture. The principle of operation consists in bending-rolling of sheet blanks in rolls of the machine. The resulting product may be in the form of closed cylindrical shells and their elements.
With the aim of expanding technological capabilities, cars can be equipped with a tool for bending angles, strips, squares, pipes, channels.
For ease of maintenance of the machine can be equipped with means of mechanization – the front Desk, the mechanism of removing of the item, the receiving table, the support mechanism of the shell.
