Classification of rubber cords
Depending on the manufacturing technology, the environment and temperature conditions, the rubber cords are divided into six types.
The first type cyclododecanone (tmksch rubber cord). It is mainly used in acids (except carbonic and nitric acid).
The second type is heat resistant, it is used at temperatures from -30C up to +140C. It is designed more to gas environment. Can be used in nitrogen, air, inert gas (to +90 ° C) and water pair (up to +140C).
The third type of rubber cords – frost. Permissible ambient temperature can be from -45 to +50 degrees Celsius. Used in nitrogen, air and inert gases.
The fourth type is oil and petrol resistant (MBS rubber cord).Working environment the petrol and oil.
The fifth type cord called a uniform. Basically it can work within such limits of temperature as the cords 1, 3, 4 type, in areas with a tropical climate. Allowable temperature: -50 to+50C. Can work in those environments, and the types 1,3,4, and also with diesel fuel and diesel oils.
