Compressor 2ВМ4-54/3C, 2ВМ-4-54/3C stationary, piston, crosshead, single stage reciprocating water-cooled without lubrication of cylinders and seals eliminates the ingress of oil into the air.
In compressors without lubrication of cylinders oil system the pressure oil flow to the cylinders and sealing devices are not provided. Lubricators are not available. The pistons of these compressors have the support and the split ring of self-lubricating material based on PTFE with different fillers. To prevent the ingress of oil from the frame into the cavity of the compression, each cylinder compressors without lubrication of cylinders is provided with a lantern, maloletak sealing device, maslootboynika and mukoliticeski rings.
The actuator is made from two-speed asynchronous motor type А2К85/24-8/16УХЛ4 built into the frame of the compressor.
The compressor is equipped with automatic protection and alarm functions for main parameters.
