The machine is designed for milling the end of
panel pieces and straight edges of wood, chipboard and
materials with similar properties.
The machine has a rigid welded shakeproof
frame. As standard equipped with sanding belt width 150 mm.
To facilitate the grinding of articles with a shaped profile machining site of the machine
tilted angle from 0 to 90 degrees. The amount of tilt is installed
according to the scale. Belt tension is automatic, is done manually with the help of
the handle located on top of the site.
Oscillatory movement of the tape is carried out using mechanical devices
driven from the tensioning pulley. Centering the sanding belt on
rollers is performed by means of a special lever under the tension pulley
To improve the working conditions of the machine there is a possibility
connect the suction system to the suction nozzle with a diameter of 100 mm.
Position
desktop with respect to the host can be adjusted. Also on the table
special holes are provided for mounting additional rotary
line.
To reduce the coefficient of friction, clamp the sanding belt
there is a special graphite gasket.
