Technological line for production of sandwich panels type "MARK IV"

This line produced wall and roof one and two-sided sandwich panels with a filler of foam and mineral wool, the name of the brand: GOLBUD-PANEL, with the symbols of GLs, GLd, GLj, GLwd, GLws, GLwj which are protected by patent certificates patent on trademarks of the Republic of Poland. The owners of the certificates are the owners of the company "PANEL-METAL" Sp. z o.o.

The line is designed for production of sandwich panels filled with foam and a filler of mineral wool.

The range of thickness of WALL sandwich panels filled with foam and filled with mineral wool:

from 50 mm to 250 mm

The thickness range of ROOFING sandwich panels filled with foam and filled with mineral wool:

from 60 mm to 250 mm

For ROOFING the sandwich panels varies two types of lock:

1. Edge upper linings are curved at an angle of 90° with the additional treatment of the plate overlying connection plates

2. Edge upper lining bent in the form of a trapezoid in the module plate without the need additional processing

Types of crimping plates sandwich panels:

- eleven types of crimping module with a depth of 0.6 mm – crimping of both plates

micro - profiling on a whole module plates (herringbone)

Adjustable range width Modula produce sandwich panels:

                - 1150 mm

- 1160 mm

- 1180 mm

- 1200 mm

The range of applied thicknesses slabs of steel plate from 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm

The range used widths plates of cold rolled steel: from 1200 mm up to 1250 mm

- single polyurethane adhesive

- two-component polyurethane adhesive

The scope of the modernization the original production line:

- adaptation to the production of sandwich panels with napolnitelem of mineral wool;

- purchase and installation of additional module for profiling of the castle in the form of a trapezoid roofing plates

- installation of applicator a one-component polyurethane adhesive

- upgrade allowing the use of cold-rolled coils steel up to 7 tons
