The use of filters prevents dirt and other pollutants through the spray system.
They minimize possible tip clogs and optimise the quality of the finish.
In a standard airless system, the paint passes through 3 filters before atomization: inlet screen, pump filter and gun filter. The first filter is the biggest,and the last the smallest.
The filter size is determined by the number of holes in it. The more holes, the more material will be filtered. It is desirable to use smaller filters for less viscous materials (100 holes) and larger filters (60 holes) to more dense materials, such as paints based on latex
Grease pumps Graco Throat Seal Liquid (TSL) is a composition used to prevent material deposition on the rod of piston pumps and the best seal. Regular use of a lubricant TSL significantly extend the life of pumps and avoid their premature failure. Always start with adding a few drops of the fluid reservoir!
Graco RTX 1500 is specifically designed for applying thick and textured coatings, such as insulation coating, stucco, fiber protective coatings, silicate paints, putty, decorative coating containing granite, marble, stone, silicate fibre etc.
Installation of the Graco RTX 1500 is equipped with a new technology that allows you to apply materials, composed of coarse grains, increase productivity and speed of work.
Due to the unique pumping system it is possible to apply coatings with fillers to 4.5 mm.
