Base material – reinforced and unreinforced structural concrete, solid brick.

Application and purpose - for mechanical fixing heat insulation (foam, PENOPLEX, mineral wool) to concrete grounds. Recommended for use in systems for the technology of facade system with thin plaster layer (wet facade) or, if necessary, improve it thermal engineering parameters.

Material: dowel - high-strength polypropylene; rod - steel, coated with zinc with a minimum thickness of 15 microns with a thermal headfrom glass fibre reinforced polyamide (LMX-10).

Manual installation:

· Depth mounting holes must be more depth of embedment of the dowel 10 mm.

· The minimum depth of embedment of the dowel 36 mm.

· The mounting holes in the mounting plate should be drilled perpendicular to the plane of the fundamentals using drills permissible deviations in diameter.

· The hole before fitting the dowels should to be thoroughly cleaned from the drilling of flour by blowing a hand pump or compressor.

· The minimum distance from the edge of the base should be 100 mm.

· Installation should begin with full fittings the dowels in the hole using light hammer blows.

· The number of dowels should comply with the directions of the construction project.

· After precipitation of the dowel should be entered the stud and hitting with hammer to make spacers just for the connector.

· If project documentation is not specified the number of dowels, use 5-6 pieces per 1 square meter, according to from the lift force, and each plate must be fixed not less than two dowels.

· Invalid simultaneous fitting plugs with the rod.

· The length of the dowels should to take into account the thickness of the attached insulating layer (insulating material + adhesive mass), and the minimum depth of embedment.
