The machine is designed for sawing under 900 billet solid cross-section: rolled, forging, although it can be used for cutting profile of the workpiece. Has automatic hydraulic blade tension, variable speed, hydraulic stabilizers fabrics with carbide guides and roller bearings, hydraulic control of feed speed and feed pressure that allows to select the necessary cutting parameters to achieve optimal performance and resource fabric. Can work both with bimetal and carbide blades. Compared with automatic machines of the pendulum type, having the same blank size, high performance and high capacity (machines are successfully used for cutting hard materials, heat resistant and stainless steels and alloys). Has automatic feeding of the workpiece to a predetermined size, the programmable counter of the number of cuts.
