Material requirements:

Sheet size 1500h3000mm;
Smooth sheet;
Sheet without corrosion.
Cut the following metals:

Structural steel (St3, St45, St65Г, St09Г2С, Armox, Hardox), cutting thickness of 0.5-20 mm, cutting precision 0.1 mm;
Galvanizing, cutting thickness 0.5 mm-3 mm, cutting precision 0.1 mm;
Stainless steel (aisi 201, 301, 304, 310, 321, 420, 430), cutting thickness 0,5-12 mm cutting accuracy 0.1 mm;
Non-ferrous metals, aluminium cutting thickness of 0.5-8 mm, copper/brass 0,5-3 mm, cutting precision 0.1 mm.
Engraving:

The engraving depth of 0.05 mm;
Engraving in the environment: oxygen (dark color), nitrogen (white color).
Work with your metal and with the metal of the customer. After cutting a minimum of waste, all parts without burrs and burning.

To order of cutting or engraving if You have the drawing, just send it to us via the feedback form indicating the materials and quantities. After the calculation You will be contacted our Manager and will Orient You on price and terms. If You have no drawing, just give us a call or request a call back. We will contact You to confirm your order.

Receipt of the order.
We accept orders in any format, including drawings. If You already have drawings in DXF format for CNC machines or other design documentation, will accelerate the process. Otherwise, we will prepare a drawing and advise you about the cost of the finished product.

Time. The production time varies depending on the complexity and number of parts. Usually up to 10 working days. Depending on the particular products dispatch often occurs on the third day.

The packaging of the goods.
Individually from the product, customer requirements or the carrier. Bent type, painted, stainless or colored products are pasted over with a film or Packed in stretch, in order to avoid scratches. To prevent mechanical damage, we platinum or produce crate.

Shipping.
