The jacket is insulated SWAT NEW made in dark blue color with red trim on the pockets. Polyurethane coating on the upper fabric jackets not allow product to get wet for 2-3 hours in the rain or snow. The jacket is designed to protect from overhead contamination and especially at low temperatures.
