Masloizgotovitelyah continuous A1-OLO is designed to produce butter using a discontinuous, capable of generating a low oil of fat with a moisture content up to 35%. The machinery is able to produce the following the types of butter: Vologda, salted, unsalted, Amateur, peasant sandwich.
The process of obtaining oil is fully automated (from the filing of the ripened cream into the installation until the the finished product). All parts in contact with product manufactured from stainless steel. The facility is equipped with apparatus for the dosing of moisture, helping to maintain a certain percentage of moisture in the oil in depending on the variety.
The presence of vacuum-pump provides high quality oil-free air. Electric installation provides for the smooth integration of suutela and allows adjusting the speed (depending on the desired grade oil) from 50 to 2900 rpm.
Installation equipped with CIP cleaning, which allows after finishing the production of oil wash the car.
