The device SCAS is designed for monitoring the processes of sterilization and pasteurization in the development of the sterilization and canning, provides for the measurement of temperature in the autoclave, and the inside of the cans are located at various points in the autoclave. Data via USB port are transmitted to the computer. Included PC software allows you to view data in tables, graphs, calculations sterilizing effect (F - effect) for each controlled point measurement output data for printing. The measurement results allow:
-to control the temperature distribution inside the autoclave;
-to monitor the sterilization process on the temperature of the product;
to find the formula sterilization.
