To create a stable climate with low cost of energy in cooling chambers and similar structures, there are special requirements to thermal insulation materials. In our projects we have successfully applied panel "sandwich" filled with polyurethane foam. Due to the low coefficient of thermal conductivity of polyurethane foam, effective design solution pair of panels and quick installation works it is the ideal solution for the construction of the refrigeration industry.

For refrigeration, storage, utility and other auxiliary rooms doors are made of various modifications with lots of options. It can be hinged one-, two-leaf door, with manual or motor drive, as well as sliding doors, doors with a through opening for large transport routes, bushing door to separate production facilities with an intense passage of people or technological transport. The door leaf is made of sandwich elements with foam polyurethane core, with a perimeter of highly elastic replaceable rubber seal. The thickness of the fabric varies depending on the temperature performance. In low-temperature areas of the doors are equipped with a heating element to prevent them from freezing.


The camera can be made of panels with thickness from 50 to 200mm. The floor panel on the inner side are coated galvanized steel and additionally reinforced water-resistant plate. For large cameras are arranged concrete floors coated and appropriate insulation.
