Oil press is suitable for extracting oil from oilseeds by way of pressing. As a working body for grinding and pressing is used, the screw is made in one with the shaft.
Torque on the shaft is transmitted from the engine through the gearbox with a transmission ratio of 1:25. The drive motor is single-phase capacitor.
Folder quick check functional description
The seeds are loaded into the hopper and through the flap falls on the loading auger. Filling auger grinds and transports the seeds into the pressing chamber. The chamber consists of a cylinder with holes, shaft-auger cone that extrude and adjusting nut. The pressure is created by using a shaft-auger. The oil flows through the holes in the cylinder of the pressing chamber. The cake comes out through the hole in regulalry nut.
