Optical sensor IF-102 produces a light and electric
signal when released into the working area (1-50 mm from the end face of the sensor) of the subject. Can
be used in tools for automation and control. The sensor provides
high sensitivity and immunity, practically does not react to
external background illumination. It can be used instead of expensive and often
less reliable capacitive and inductive sensors. The sensor works fine
(needles, coins) and large objects, transparent film packaging, paper
wipes, PET bottles) and dark, with a slightly lower sensitivity.
