Percolator-extractor is used to obtain extracts from raw materials
alcohol or water base. The process of percolation, i.e., the pouring of the extractant
(solvent) through a material, for extracting soluble substances in it.
Percolator can be
a cylindrical or conical shape, with
steam jacket or without, convertible and dump.
In the lower part of percolator
