Description.
The electric oven ESI - 0.85 designed for bakery and confectionery products, for cooking meat, fish, roasting vegetables for food enterprises.
The Cabinet of the oven consists of the following parts: heat chamber, door latch, panel with electrical equipment, external facing and five heaters. The chambers are isolated by insulation material. The control is accomplished using a sensor-relay T-32M-0.4-2.5, which provide a specified temperature in the heat chamber. Control knobs and signal lights located on the control panel.
