Description.
Boiler KPI-160 is designed for preparation of the first, second and third dishes for catering.
By design the boiler KPI-160 stationary, equipped with a safety valve that is triggered when the pressure increases up to 0.055-0,065 MPa (0,55-0,65 kN/cm. kV).
The most important parts are: cooking container and ee lid, the steam generator and the steam-shirt.
Boiler KPI-160 is a single station automatic maintenance of cooking modes and automatic control, temperature control and protection of the Heaters from the "dry run".
The principle of operation of the boiler KPI-160 is based on heating its contents steam obtained by heating the coolant in the jacket of the Heater. The leaky cauldron lid is a pre-assembled welded construction. The cooking vessel is connected to the shell, which is welded to the steam generator, inside of which there are heating elements. The cowling is closed insulation of the corrugated foil. For protection against mechanical damage insulation protected facing sheets. The cooking vessel of the boiler is closed hinge-fixed cap. In the lower part of the cooking vessel is the drain valve. The closed space between the cooking vessel and the shell with steam is steam-shirt. The pressure in the steam jacket is supported by the sensor is a pressure switch, and is controlled by manovacuummeter. Pressure relief over redundant as a safety valve.The boiler has three modes of operation: mode "COOKING" mode "HEATING" mode "steaming".
