The centrifuge is designed for final pressing of linen in the Laundry of any type. Equipped with automatic block, inner stainless steel drum. Boot weight linen 10 kg
Brief description of the product:
Centrifuge Laundry KP-B, automated, with manual loading and unloading, is a high-speed car periodic action is driven by an individual motor.
The centrifuge housing is a thin-walled design of cylindrical shape, is equipped with bearings for mounting on the Foundation and a heavy-duty racks.
To provide access to Foundation bolts and the motor drive in the lower part of the housing has a hole, closed with a lid.
The upper part of the body - removable, attached to the chassis with screws, has a loading hole and the recess to secure the cover from horizontal movement in the closed position.
The electrical panel and control panel are mounted on the centrifuge housing and protected by a casing.
The drive of the centrifuge is mounted on the flange of the body on a shock-absorbing suspensions. In the drive structure includes: flange motor, centrifugal spreader friction coupling disc brake pad (see Fig.2A) and the bearing unit. Located on vertical shaft of the actuator, using pins and nuts secure the perforated inner drum stainless steel, which is the main working body of the centrifuge.
To prevent access to the rotating drum of the centrifuge housing in the upper part equipped fixed in the bracket spring cover. Opening the lid when the centrifuge is stopped manually its horizontal moving clockwise.
In order to ensure safe operation of the centrifuge is provided with the following interlocking devices:
- exclusive inclusion of the engine when opening the lid;
- preventing opening of the cover when the rotary drum;
- disconnect the motor and including a brake in the case of uneven load;
- excluding spontaneous turning of the drive after an unplanned interruption of electricity supply in a centrifuge.
