TOSKAR WМ-300 produces filing under different angles from 45º to 90º in the vertical plane molded blanks

made of solid wood, MDF, chipboard and PVC, uncoated or coated. The desired length of the workpiece is set using

moving right caliper and a ruler with mm-scale.

Filing occurs simultaneously from both sides, after this cycle is the cycle of drilling holes round

the connecting dowels. On each of both sides of the workpiece drilled two holes.

Working tool - swerl, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the circular connecting dowels. Due to the fact that filing, and

drilling is for one setting of the workpiece, to achieve high accuracy in the further connection of the workpieces.

In contrast to the model D-200, model D-300 are hidden connections, in which the connecting dowels are not visible.
