Pneumatic press for assembling a framework of frameworks

TOSKAR CP-4 designed for Assembly frame facades on a round dowel, molded blanks dusty angle 45º

in the vertical plane.

Press the bed with all the guides that have two caliper. The right caliper is fixed, the second has the opportunity

be set to the size of the workpiece. On each of the calipers on two sites, installed on each of them

two pneumatic clamping.

At the press (in the clamping device of horizontal pneumatic clamping) are blanks with the inserted dowels.

Pneumatic clamps are installed at an angle 45º to the plane of the workpiece, which allows one movement of Peumo-clamps to assemble the frame. In the vertical plane, the frame is held additional pneumatic clamps.
