Production the company LLC "NPK"VITUS" sells from a warehouse and under the order of the strap pressure (P1 and P2) and trims resistant (U1, U2 and U3) according to GOST 24741-81 and GOST 4121-76 and trims according drawings of the customer.
Tightening flanges (P1 and P2) and resistant bars (U1, U2, U3) are intended for the mounting of crane rails to crane beams under the bridge cranes and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 4121-96 and GOST 4121-76.
The strap is designed for any mode of operation of cranes (light, medium and heavy), suitable for use in zones, seismicity which is 9 points. These mounts stand design temperature air to minus 65°C.
Pressure and thrust the strap is made from steel VSTS 6-1 on THE 14-1-3023-80 and complement bolts, nuts and washers in accordance with the requirements of GOST 7798-70.
When the manufacture of the retainer plate is allowed to use flexible method (instead of chips) while maintaining the appropriate slope.
The use of attachment points:
- strap P1 is used for rails CR, CR, CR;
- strap P2 - rails for CR;
- resistant strap N1 - rails for CR, CR;
- resistant strap U2 - rails for CR;
- the described nodes are used also for mounting rails and P50 P43.
Production this product is on native German CNC equipment in the factory, nesting, milling, drilling and flexible products. All products are tested quality and comes with a certificate of conformity to GOST 24741-81
