Welding electrodes ESAB OK 46.00 - European quality Ukrainian prices
Offer type: salePublished: 28.02.2015
Our company offers the electrodes of the Swedish concern ESAB brand OK 46.00 (E) - the best analogue of the domestic electrodes brands ANO 4, ANO 6, ANO-21, ANO-36, Mr-3 (GOST 9466-75, GOST 9467-75 (type A46).
Unique in its class the electrode with excellent welding characteristics, designed for welding structures made of low-carbon and low-alloy steels with a yield strength of 380 MPa in all positions on DC reverse polarity and alternating current. The electrode exhibits a relatively weak sensitivity to rust and other surface contaminants, ease of separation of the slag and the formation of the smooth surface of the deposited bead with a smooth transition to the base metal. Due to the ease of both first and repeated Pogosov, the electrode is indispensable to weld short beads, root passes, tack and weld, with periodic breaks the arc. Unlike most rutile electrodes, with the ability to perform welding in position "vertical descent" in combination with a significantly lower threshold minimum current at which a stable arc, OK 46.00 allow welding of thin-walled products, and to use this electrode for welding of parts plated. Low open circuit voltage and a stable arc at very low currents allows the use of these electrodes for welding from domestic sources.
