CFA consolidation of soils and foundations, creating microway

The proposed drilling operations, the strengthening of soils and foundations injection method as well as the creation of microway.
Drilling operations are conducted spindle core drilling machines BSK-RP and UBAM-100, optimally adapted to work in cramped conditions, tunnels, mountain passes and on construction sites. The machines can be easily disassembled into separate closed nodes weighing 40 to 50 kg, which allows to exploit them, both outside and inside buildings or structures.
The application of these rigs allows you to be drilled at any angle to the horizon, the depth of 100 meters and a diameter of 36 to 215 mm Wide speed range spindle allows the use of rock-drilling tool steel, carbide and diamond weapons, providing the drilling of the soil of any category, including granites, quartzite and basalt.
Drilling methods: auger drilling, core drilling "dry", core drilling with the use of a clearing agent, percussion-rotary and cable percussion drilling.
Drilling rigs equipped for pulling-lifting drilling and casing and plunger (piston) pumps. This equipment allows us to make a drifting unstable, moist soils under the protection casing.
Drilling plunger pumps provide the injection of drilling and injecting fluid into the well, maintenance of drilling cuttings in suspension, clean the shaft and slaughter from cuttings and cool the drill bit during drilling operations.
