Machine for removing pits from cherries 1600-2400 kg/h

DESCRIPTION:

These machines are best suitable for spot removal of the seed from the fruit of sweet and sour cherries, yellow plums, plums, apricots, peaches, etc. the Machine is equipped with drum point for processing small fruits. The product is fed into the hopper of the machine and sorted through the holes of the rotating drum. Product arrived withheld round the brush. Rotary drum transports the product to the area of the plunger. Plungers inserted into the product at the top and push out the seeds from the fruit. While the bones are removed, the fruit rests on the rubber prop. Seeds fall in spiral chute, which is located in the centre of the drum and transported away from the machine.

The remaining fruit are popped from point tank extractors, which are located in the center of the drum. The vibrating device has a round hole; small fruits selected from fruit and discarded separately. For processing of plums and apricots, peaches machine is provided with a plate conveyor. The plunger is equipped with blades to divide the fruit in half. Continuous operation and high speed entry plungers provides a high percentage of costaccutane and fruit preserve excellent appearance.
