Working principle:
Fruits are loaded into the receiving container, the bottom
which is adjacent to the chain of plastic plates. Fruits
captured cells of the plates and moved to the working area with a transversely
moving knives. Knives freed from bones fruits in a single hit, removing them
through small openings in the cell plate, leaving the fruit in the cells
minimally damaged. Freed from the pits of the cherries fall of the plates in
the end plate of the tape.
