Cell sheets of polypropylene are used for replacement of corrugated cardboard in the manufacture of high-quality packaging. Cell sheets are hollow sheets, in which 2 or more layers of plastic connected by an internal longitudinal ribs oriented in the direction of the length of the sheet. This design significantly reduces the weight of the sheet while maintaining its strength characteristics. In addition, the presence of air in the cavities of the sheet greatly enhances heat and sound insulating properties.
