Line blanching, roasting, drying and salting nuts

The purpose of the use: clean and extra white kernels by treatment (blanching) from the top of the membrane.
This line provides up to 100% separation of the membrane from the core without the use of any chemical elements by special separation-rotating system recirculatio water, using local filtering.
Performance in two versions: 200-500 kg/h and 400-1000 kg/hour. The line is made of stainless material ST 37, corresponding to a quality standard AISI 304.
Works with the following types of nuts:
hazelnut branch at 98%
the almond branch 100%
walnut branch 98%
peanuts Department 100%
chestnut branch 98%
Additionally supplied with a system of recognition and sorting tainted nuts.
Installation supervision and commissioning of the line is the experts of the manufacturer. Post warranty service and maintenance is done by our experts who have undergone training.
