The forced mixer planetary rotary type designed for prepare hard concrete mixes, cement, lime mortars. The mixer can be operated indoors at ambient temperature air temperature-from +5 to +45 °C. the Control motor of the mixer is with the remote control using protective equipment housed in the Cabinet.

The mixer consists of a casing of cylindrical form, installed on a welded frame. On the top floor housing the drive the mixer consists of motor, reducer, United V-belt transmission. Through the clutch torque from the gearbox is transmitted to the pinion carrier of the planetary rotary mechanism. Stirring of the solution is carried out by the three blades. One blade (rotor) rotates about a vertical axis mixer, removing the solution from the wall, move it closer to the center and produces a separation of the mixture from bottom. The other two blades (planetary) under stirring solution perform rotation around a common axis. In turn, the attachment of the blades rotates relative to the vertical axis of the mixer and in addition to the rotation of the blades, separating the solution from the bottom removable scrapers.

Removable upper part of the housing of the mixer is equipped with doors (observation Windows). For discharging the mixture into the bottom of the housing has a window, closed manual or pneumatic shutter (customer's choice).
