Multifunctional industrial electronic control unit (controller AirMaster P1) is used to control air compressors. The mapping information is performed on the liquid-crystal display with backlight. the display uses a system of symbols, which is supported by the text with the free choice of language. The controller is fully compatible with network RS485 (option is optional when ordering).
Controller functions AirMaster P1
- energy saving mode of operation of the screw compressor (start motor on a "star-Delta", modes of work - load, idle, temporarily disabling, in the absence of consumption of compressed air);
- electronic control parameters (air pressure, temperature, oil-air mixture, the state of the button "Emergency stop") and effective control of operating parameters of the compressor;
- effective protection and emergency shutdown in case of emergency situations with display warning messages;
- automatic indication of the need for maintenance;
control of time for various modes of operation of the screw compressor and the non-volatile memory of the operating modes, emergency shutdowns and hold, multi-level system of protection against unauthorized access to the settings of the compressor;
- the ability to remotely control compressor.
