The purpose
Pumps of type D and pump units on their basis of the type of AD are intended for pumping water with a temperature up to 850 in water supply systems of industrial and municipal facilities, land reclamation.
Design
Pumps D - centrifugal, horizontal, spiral with axially split, single stage impeller double-entry. The supports of the pump rotor serve as bearings or slip (depending on power) with plastic or crankcase lubricant. Shaft seal - mechanical with gland packing.
Materials
• housing, cover and impeller - casting of grey cast iron;
• details of the slot seals - nesadurai corrosion resistant alloys;
• shaft - rolled steels alloyed structural steel 40X.
