The purpose
Pumps type solar cell and the pumping units of the type ESA are designed for pumping water with temperatures up to 180 0C in heat networks.
Design
Pump power SE - centrifugal, horizontal, spiral with axially split, single and two - stage bills pipes with working wheels double-entry. The rotor support is ensured external bearings from the crankcase lubricant. Shaft seal - mechanical with gland packing with a supply of cooling and locking liquid (C), interchangeable with mechanical end (-T).
Materials
• housing, cover - casting of grey cast iron;
• impeller - casting from chrome steel HL;
• details of the slot seals - nesadurai corrosion resistant alloys;
• shaft - rolled steels alloyed structural steel 40X.
